This sample report demonstrates the depth and level of detail of our inspection process. The production monitoring report is your documentation of an on-site production inspection. During the inspection, a QIMA specialist scrutinizes your production line, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection, and identifying defects to be eliminated.

What checks are carried out?

Production monitoring that is completed as a single intervention can only provide a general sense of the overall production status. When carried out consistently over a predetermined period i.e., weekly, the production status can be continuously followed up for a more accurate timeline and improved quality control.

A typical QIMA PM inspection includes the following checks:

• Availability and planning of raw materials and accessories

• Production organization and status check

• Production process and an internal factory review
