What you'll learn

Together with Produktkanzlei, a European law firm specialized in product and regulatory law, QIMA invites you to an in-depth webinar on the recent delay and simplification measures related to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The session focuses on what companies operating across global supply chains or doing business in or with the European Union need to do to adapt to the updated rules and make effective use of the additional time resulting from the one-year delay.

Following the recently adopted amendments, the EUDR now applies from the end of 2026, with extended timelines for smaller companies. While many organizations have already been preparing for compliance, new key questions have emerged: What has changed in the product scope? Have obligations changed, and if so, how? How should companies reassess their EUDR due diligence approach? And what are the legal and commercial consequences of non-compliance?

After the webinar, participants will have a clearer understanding of their obligations and risk exposure under the EUDR, as well as practical guidance on which steps to prioritize to ensure timely and effective compliance.
