On January 24, 2023, the KSA Ministry of Commerce issued a recall for Arrow Dryer Model #RO-08GDHS due to non-compliance with the Saudi Standard for Energy Efficiency. Consumers are encouraged to contact the company to arrange an appointment for a technician to remove the Dryer and provide a full refund.

On January 18, 2023, the KSA Ministry of Commerce issued a recall for Bissell Cordless Multi-Surface Vaccum Cleaner, Model #25825 due to possible overheating of the circuit board inside the battery pack which could result in a fire hazard. Consumers are instructed to validate the model as shown below and if it matches to immediately stop using the product. Contact the company to replace the product at no cost to the consumer.

On January 10, 2023, the KSA Ministry of Commerce issued a recall for IKEA Litan Mirror due to a defect in how product is affixed to the wall which could cause it to fall. Consumers are instructed to stop using the product and contact IKEA for a free replacement.

On January 4, 2023, the KSA Ministry of Commerce issued a recall for HITACHI Washing Machine, Model #PS-1605SJ due to non-compliance with the Saudi Standard for Energy Efficiency. Consumers are encouraged to contact the company to arrange an appointment for a technician to remove the Washing Machine and provide a full refund.

On January 3, 2023, the KSA Ministry of Commerce issued a recall for HITACHI Washing Machine, Model #PS-1405FJ due to non-compliance with the Saudi Standard for Energy Efficiency. Consumers are encouraged to contact the company to arrange an appointment for a technician to remove the Washing Machine and provide a full refund.
